With the aim of ensuring the highest quality of the products, Silcon Plastic Ltd produces traction, fatigue and impact specimens in order to perform a mechanical characterization of MIM parts.

It is also possible for the Company to analyze the content of the interstitial elements such as oxygen, carbon and nitrogen, to carry out a metallographic investigation to determine the products’ microstructure using an optical microscopy and to measure products’ density using a precision balance.

The materials’ dimension is also controlled by using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to respect the customer’s wishes.
